We currently have 2 positions available within our Housing and Homelessness Portfolio as a Homelessness Case Manager and Tenancy Management Officer. An opportunity is available for a passionate professional to take on both roles, offering variety and impact in supporting individuals and families across our Housing and Homlessness programs.
As a Homelessness Case Manager you will provide case management support to people who are homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness or housed but at risk of homelessness.
As a Tenancy Management Officer, you’ll help residents maintain secure and sustainable tenancies, working closely with tenants, support services and community partners to deliver respectful, person-centred housing solutions that make a lasting difference.

Mandatory Requirements:
– Certificate IV qualifications in Community Services or similar and relevant experience.
What you will bring to the role:
A passion and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of Central Queenslanders.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
The ability to identify and embed solutions.
Demonstrated experience working within a high-performance framework where you are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes, within a face-paced solutions focussed environment.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.
