Q Shelter and the RTA have partnered to deliver training for staff from Community Housing Providers (CHP) and Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) who are managing residential tenancies.
This interactive session provides an overview of the responsibilities of landlords and tenants in residential tenancies. In this session, participants will learn about key components of the Residential Tenancies Rooming and Accommodation Act (RTRAA), with opportunities to discuss specific issues encountered by support workers, tenancy managers and tenants of community housing. This training is suited for support workers and tenancy managers.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are experiencing any barriers for registering.
This session will be facilitated by the RTA.
Our meetings and training are recorded for Q Shelter training and development purposes and are not for distribution.
