Q Shelter’s governance training program helps participants create a leadership environment that supports Queensland’s housing and homelessness sector. Promoting good governance has never been more important and Q Shelter is providing a unique opportunity to help build the capacity of directors, executive teams, staff and tenant advisory groups so they can:
1. Foster an understanding of governance within their organisations
2. Have access to training options to suit each organisations needs
3. Be aware of their obligations and responsibilities when fulfilling their governance roles.

This programme is suitable for CEOs, directors, consultants and senior managers who seek to understand the role of the board in the context of their community housing organisation or homelessness service.
