The Opportunity:

BlueCHP is a not for profit developer seeking the skills of an experienced Assistant Development Manager to support the delivery of ~$100m in residential projects from South East Queensland to the Whitsunday’s!

Working with a dedicated team of industry professionals in our Newstead offices, you will assist in the delivery of residential projects across QLD and support growth opportunities across the entire business.

Responsibilities & Skills:

You will report to the Development Manager and assist in the end to end oversight of residential project delivery through third party building contractors. Time, Cost and Quality management will be central to your role!

You will be comfortable engaging with design, engineering, architectural and contract administration, with responsibility for appointing external consultants and contractor teams to achieve project success.

Demonstrated experience in the delivery of residential apartments is a must.

You will be experienced with:

• MSOffice with specific capabilities with Excel.
• Estate Master and MSProject experience will be well regarded.

You will possess:

• An Open Drivers License
• Outstanding Communication Skills

Qualifications:

You may come from a property economics, engineering, architecture or other development background and likely have not less than 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
