To keep up with our continued growth, we are seeking a knowledgeable and conscientious Clinical Team Lead to provide senior clinical and operational support to the mental health workforce.

Includes the delivery of services that are under the successful applicant’s area of specialty which may include:
Deliver high quality, evidence-based psychology/mental health services across a range of Artius programs helping others to reach their potential. These may include Medicare, Stepped Care, Private, NDIS, Work Cover and work within Correctional facilities.
Provision of Occupational Therapy services to a variety of clients within Private, Medicare, NDIS and/or Work Cover
The provision of Speech Therapy services under Private, Medicare or NDIS service delivery.
The role also asks for a Senior Health practitioner to:
Contribute to our multi-disciplinary team
To manage key leadership roles and responsibilities
To assist the Regional Operations Manager in developing service improvement ideas and business opportunities.
To manage a varied clinical load as well as line manage a small team of staff.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a clinical leadership role with excellent client management, time management, staff leadership, supervision/mentoring and prioritization skills
Tertiary qualified in a behavioural science (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Mental Health Nurse or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker) and registered with the appropriate professional body (AHPRA or AASW);
Previous experience in a private practice, mental health, multidisciplinary teams, NDIS or WorkCover is advantageous, and it is imperative that you have sound clinical reporting skills and strong IT literacy skills.
You will need to have had practical experience and knowledge in client management and clinical intervention, working with vulnerable clientele from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of indigenous and multi-cultural environments would be an advantage.
