Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can effectively oversee our housing programs, coordinate with government agencies and partners, and manage a team of employees.

The Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the smooth operation and growth of our organisation. In addition to financial knowledge and management skills, we are seeking someone who has experience in the housing industry. This could include working with affordable housing programs, property management, or housing development. Experience with government regulations and funding processes is also highly desired.

As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of TCHA, including budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as government agencies, community organisations, and potential funding partners.

You should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are also essential in this role. We are looking for someone who can effectively collaborate with staff, residents, and external partners to achieve our goals.
