Property Manager Nambour

Job Description

We are looking for a Property Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of Kyabra’s supported accommodation properties in Nambour. Experience in property management of supported accommodation properties/community housing will be highly regarded.

If you have knowledge and experience in relevant property legislation and regulations, and/or possess a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration Program, then this may be the role for you.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with Kyabra’s Enterprise Agreement 2012, Level 3, $30.49 per hour. We offer a family friendly work environment and a range of practice and professional development opportunities.
