INCH’s Tenancy, Property, Admin and Management operations delivers housing services to eligible clients, who are people on low incomes, in housing stress and who have very high or high complex circumstances.

INCH partners with the Department of Housing and Public Works, Brisbane City Council, Community and Government support, training, employment, education and life skills services to deliver a quality housing service to our clients.

The Purpose of the Property Manager

 Property Managers assist the organisation to work towards achieving INCH’s Mission. This is achieved by delivering good quality property management services to INCH’s clients.  Also, to represent INCH in a positive and professional manner in the Housing Sector and the broader local community.

The Property Manager’s Role

The role of the Property Manager is to assist the organisation achieve its goals by carrying out the following duties in the areas of:

  1. Property Management in the day to day management of all Housing Program Streams and to operate in accordance within legislative and funding contracts requirements,
  2. Working co-operatively with other staff members in the day to day running INCH’s Office and delivery of services.
  3. Work in accordance with INCH’s Policies and Procedures and
  4. INCH’s Business and Strategic Plans
