Regional Coordinator – Homelessness Redlands

Job Description

The Regional Coordinator (RC) will provide regionalised assistance to strengthen existing and emerging networks with a primary focus on person-centred care coordination for people with complex needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

The regional facilitators will also network across the state to develop a body of work and a set of quality practices that support care coordination aimed at reducing homelessness.

The ideal candidate will be a senior practitioner with a proven track record in engagement and community development as well as an excellent understanding of the drivers and solutions to homelessness. The preferred candidate will also understand how to support people and organisations to strengthen practice and build collective capacity and capability in addressing complex needs.

This position is aligned to funding for a fixed term approx. 12 months.  The role is paid at Level 6.1 of the SCHADS Award being $44.32 per hour plus superannuation and leave loading (17.5%). 

The RC will report directly to the CEO and work alongside the RCC Homeless United Team members.
