 Job Description

The role

  • Lead the implementation of new and existing initiatives developed by Artius to support revenue growth and service excellence
  • Coach and mentor non-clinical and clinical teams on operational matters and compliance
  • Instil and drive a high-performance and supportive culture within the region
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Government Agencies
  • Set effective KPI’s consistent with data sets that delivers on the business’s strategies
  • Monitor and be accountable for the region’s activity through Profit and Loss management to ensure the financial year’s budget is achieved or exceeded
  • Manage and be accountable for operating costs and working to budget’s
  • This position is based in Rockhampton

 Desired Skills and Experience

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading successful multi-site businesses
  • Past exposure to the health industry ideally with an accredited & registered Mental Health Service Provider
  • Extensive experience in effective operational management and driving a high performing and supportive culture
  • Extensive experience in implementing customer experience improvement strategies
  • Extensive contract management experience with demonstrated ability to achieve contract deliverables and meet KPI’s
  • Understanding of employee and independent contractor intricacies
  • The ability to travel within Regional North Queensland frequently and South East Queensland periodically
