Job Description
South Burnett CTC is looking for a person (or couple) interested in helping young people. This volunteer position is in Kingaroy and provides adult supervision to young people (16 – 21 years of age) living in a youth hostel.The successful Volunteer will have:
• FREE ACCOMMODATION which includes private bedroom, private bathroom and sitting/office room in the residence with their own access to outside.
• All food, electricity, phone and internet
• Training and support
The Volunteer/s will be required to be in residence most evenings in the week to be an adult mentor helping young people develop life skills for successful independent living.
An on call Youth Worker is available to respond immediately if there are any issues or concerns.
