Brisbane Care Coordination Facilitation training workshop

On Friday 4 December, Q Shelter’s Stephen Hawkins hosted a workshop for Brisbane based services involved in care coordination. This practical workshop allowed participants to explore and test their own understanding of care coordination, and to examine the key aspects of the facilitation role.

The workshops will be held across all locations involved in the Service Integration Intiative between November ’20 and January ’21. An online workshop has also been arranged for January ’21.
