Celebrating collaborations at the Redland Homeless Care Coordination Meeting

A big thank-you to Acting Sargeant Brendan Winslow from The Bayside Queensland Police service for highliting the collaboration and great working relationships between services  in the Redland Homeless Care Coordination Group.  This meeting is an outcome of the Service Integration Initiative and meets fortnightly to discuss complex  high needs cases that require a coordinated response.  The meeting has achieved outstanding outcomes for people experiencing homelessness in Redland particularly in response to COVID19.   The meeting continues to meet fortnightly,  if you would like more information or to be involved, forward an expression of interest to the Redland Care Coordinator on RCH@redlandcommunitycentre.org
