“Together We Can Do More”

Thank-you to QPS Sargeant Brendan Winslow for highlighting their collaboration with the great services engaged in the Redland Homeless Care Coordination Group.  This meeting is an outcome of the Service Integration Initiative and meets fortnightly to discuss complex  high needs cases that require a coordinated response.  The meeting has achieved outstanding outcomes for the Redland’s most vulnerable people experiencing homelessness, particularly in response to COVID19.   The meeting continues to meet fortnightly,  if you would like more information or to be involved, forward an expression of interest to the Redland Care Coordinator on RCH@redlandcommunitycentre.org
