New venue for Under 1 Roof meetings – from 20 July 2021

I’m excited to announce that Under 1 Roof has a new home.
The in-person meeting is now at The Fortitude Valley Housing Service Centre’s Innovation Space.
Under 1 Roof takes place fortnightly on Tuesday afternoons between 1.30 and 3.00 pm as it always has.

You can also ‘dial-in’ via Teams link, which is sent to everyone who has registered in a reminder email on the morning of the meeting.
Directions for The Innovation Space:
The Innovation Space is located within the Fortitude Valley Housing Service Centre:
Green Square North Tower
Level 7, 515 St. Pauls Tce, Fortitude Valley
The door code will be provided in advance to everyone who has registered.
Please email your referrals at least 48 hours in advance to brisbanesii@qshelter.asn.au.

We ask that referring services present in person, or by Teams, when first bringing a referral to Under 1 Roof. Initial info can be provided with the two-pager Referral and Informed Consent form and supported by additional relevant assessment info to support the care coordination discussion.
