The forum will discuss the Service Integration Initiative mechanisms including the Place Based Response Team, Redland Care Coordination Meeting and Bayside Housing network meeting and how you can engage in and form the forward planning for these mechanisms.

Registering for these meetings is a vital component in collecting valuable data related to regional sector engagement and participation. This data will support the evaluation of the SII, whilst also contributing to the enhancement of mechanisms that improve outcomes for vulnerable Queenslanders.
