Abstract

This workbook is a companion piece to the full ‘Demand for Health Services Field Guide’ (available at hcd4health.org). It has shortened descriptions and blank worksheets to encourage action — going into the field to investigate challenges, inviting community members to co-create solutions and finding representative settings to test early iterations of ideas.

The human-centered approach combines a research methodology that focuses on the needs of people, a design methodology that allows for innovative solutions and an implementation strategy fit for a unique ecosystem.
