Issues paper release and submissions

The Commission has released an issues paper to guide people in preparing a submission.

It sets out some of the issues and questions the Commission has identified as relevant at this early stage of the study.

Participants should provide evidence to support their views, including data and specific examples where possible.

Issues paper

The Commission has released this issues paper to assist individuals and organisations to prepare submissions to the study. It contains and outlines:

• the scope of the study
• the Commission’s procedures
• matters about which the Commission is seeking comment and information
• how to make a submission (see attachment B).

Participants should not feel that they are restricted to comment only on matters raised in the issues paper.

The Commission wishes to receive information and comment on issues which participants consider relevant to the study’s terms of reference.
