Queensland Shelter

Abstract

Q Shelter understands that low-income tenants and community housing providers (CHP) are struggling with the rising cost of electricity.

This guide highlights how CHP and landlords can save on electricity costs by locking in cheaper tariffs, use new technologies such as smart meters, and implement new business models for the bulk supply of electricity.

Q Shelter thanks Energy Consumers Australia for funding this project.
