You should be a skilled communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse families and be adaptable in a fast-paced and often complex environment.
As a Families Outreach Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will provide direct assistance, build relationships with families, and collaborate with other service providers to ensure the delivery of comprehensive support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: case management, crisis intervention, resource navigation, advocacy, collaborating with stakeholders, data tracking and reporting.
