Plans for a residential complex intended for social housing in a fast-growing Sunshine Coast suburb have been revealed.

Plans to provide social housing in the form of 30 new units to a growing Sunshine Coast neighbourhood have been put forward. Innovative Planning Solutions lodged a development application to Economic Development Queensland on behalf of BlueCHP to build a unit complex in Bells Creek.

The social housing project is proposed for a vacant 3334sq m lot on the corner of Aura Boulevard and Park Avenue, Bells Creek, within a sub-precinct of the Aura Town Centre in the Caloundra South Priority Development Area.
