The Brisbane Zero Homelessness Week Forum is back to its third edition in 2025.
By bringing together frontline workers and system advocates from across Brisbane and Queensland, from the Gold Coast to North Queensland, we create a space for sharing insights, strengthening collaboration, and amplifying Advance to Zero solutions to end homelessness.
By centering the voices of those working directly with individuals, young people, and families with children experiencing homelessness, the Forum seeks to embed frontline perspectives in system-level change, highlighting frontline workers central role in making Brisbane Zero and solving homelessness possible.
Featuring:
– Brisbane Zero First Nations over 45 Cohort Strategy: Sharing and celebrating our achievements.
– The use of the Australian Homelessness Vulnerability Triage Tool (AHVTT) – reflecting on the key role of frontline workers in systems change.
– Learn how communities around Australia and the world are using the Advance to Zero Framework in their journey to solve homelessness.
– Six break-out sessions providing the space for knowledge sharing and creative thinking.
