What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality tenancy management with respect, dignity, and urgency
- Educate tenants about their rights and responsibilities
- Manage rent, arrears, debts — and solve problems before they escalate
- Conduct inspections, issue and follow up on breaches, and ensure properties are turned around quickly and maintained to standard
- Handle complex tenancy issues and represent ACHC in QCAT when required
- Work alongside support services to help tenants sustain their homes and their dignity
What We’re Looking For
- You know housing — and you understand people
- You’ve managed tenancy portfolios (private or community sector)
- You’re confident with tenancy legislation, property operations, and have the resilience to manage complex cases
- You’re a strong communicator, a skilled mediator, and know how to de-escalate when things get tough
- You’re not afraid of challenging work — because you know it matters
