The Role

Coast2Bay is currently growing with a number of new housing developments due to open in the coming months. We are currently recruiting for two Housing Operations Managers to support service delivery by our housing services team, with staff located at offices across the Sunshine Coast and Caboolture. This position works collaboratively with other senior leaders to support consistent and compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing frontline staff to deliver consistent and quality tenancy and property services.
  • Leading practice, the development of policies and procedures and compliance activities.
  • Delivering training and coaching of frontline staff.
  • Managing performance and reporting.
  • Developing service models which meet housing needs.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to support sustainable tenancies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3 years’ experience working in the housing sector, preferably community housing.
  • 3 years in a Senior Leadership/Management position.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Social Services or another relevant discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
