Jon Eastgate has been working in the Queensland housing and homelessness sector since 1986.
In this time he has worked in front line homelessness roles, in roles supporting other NGOs, and for over a decade in Brisbane City Council coordinating housing and homelessness responses. Since 2006 he has been part of 99 Consulting, a small consulting operation that helps non-government organisations with planning, research and evaluation.
