Home Networks Driven By Q Shelter Case Managers’ Network Meetings

Case Managers’ Network Meetings

Host
Q Shelter

Description

Elevate your professional practice within a specialised Community of Practice designed to support those involved in case management and or intake. This session is open to the SHS and CHP workforce.
Engage in purposeful dialogue alongside 12-15 peers to delve into the nuances of a client case.

As an integral participant, you’ll receive a complex case discussion template ahead of each session, empowering you to contribute meaningfully by presenting a relevant case study. From the submissions, two cases (de-identified) will be selected for in-depth analysis at each session, focusing on identifying underlying issues, devising improvement strategies, and assessing associated risks.

Our collaborative efforts extend beyond discussion. Together, we’ll leverage our collective expertise to achieve outcomes.

Facilitated by Dr Fiona Oates PhD, BSW, AASW National Research Committee Member, we encourage you to be part of this process, which is dedicated to building on your existing knowledge through a facilitated shared learning framework using real de-identified scenarios.
