The purpose of this multi-agency collaboration is to ensure that people exiting from incarceration have opportunities to engage with supports and obtain sustainable housing with the view to breaking the cycle of incarceration. The key focus areas are as follows:
-People who are exiting incarceration have access to AOD treatment upon release
-At completion of AOD treatment, people have access to sustainable housing
-People have access to wrap around supports to sustain their tenancy
