RESEARCH PAPER: As part of Homes England’s mission to drive regeneration and housing delivery, we have undertaken a comprehensive programme of research aimed at strengthening our approach to economic appraisal and the measurement of social value.
The first paper to be published as part of this research focuses on measuring the placemaking impacts of housing-led regeneration. This identifies the potential scale of wider benefits of a project beyond the development site itself, specifically to those living within surrounding communities.
