We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Outreach Worker to join our team supporting individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
This role combines frontline support, case management, and advocacy, with a strong focus on building trust and supporting clients with complex needs including mental health challenges.
Our new Service Delivery GM will oversee our service delivery teams and ensure contractual performance, licensing/ accreditation compliance, continuous improvement, human resources management and growth of our business through strategic partnerships and innovation.
