This report is a companion piece to Anglicare Australia’s Rental Affordability Snapshot 2023, which examines affordability of rental properties for Australians who earn the lowest incomes, people on Commonwealth income support and minimum wage earners. In this special release, Anglicare Australia tests if it is possible for essential workers to rent a home in the private market.
