Successfully Launching Supportive Housing Services through a Team-Based Approach

A Case Study of the City of Greeley

The City of Greeley received 30 vouchers through the Colorado Statewide Supportive Housing Expansion (SWSHE) program to house people with complex needs experiencing homelessness. By June 30, 2024, the City of Greeley’s SWSHE program had enrolled 35 people, 30 of whom entered housing in scattered-site units. The most common services provided to SWSHE clients included client engagement, housing navigation, life skills, and health care navigation.
