Job Description

The Role

This role is a key member of our future-focused Transformation Team, playing a vital role in delivering strategic activities that support our Orange Sky FY30 Strategy. This 12 month contract position requires frequent travel to identify new school sites and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with our current network through regular visits. You’ll help us reimagine how we drive brand growth, revenue, and impact.

We need a proactive and ambitious team member who can take ownership of strategic targets with the ability to pivot with a great operational knowledge. You’ll be as comfortable building high-trust relationships with school leadership as you are creating audience-led content in Canva to drive engagement.

In a nutshell, this role is responsible for:

  • Program Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the end-to-end operational rollout of School Laundry and Education programs, managing all logistics, equipment, and scheduling.
  • Scalability & Process Optimisation: Proactively identify workflow friction points and design system improvements to ensure programs are robust and ready for scale.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for school leadership and staff to build high-trust partnerships tailored to community needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to secure buy-in for organisational change and the implementation of strategic projects.
  • Data Systems Management: Establish and maintain comprehensive systems for capturing qualitative and quantitative metrics, including student engagement and wash counts.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyse program data to identify trends and gaps, translating feedback into actionable insights for the broader transformation strategy.
  • Governance & Risk Oversight: Manage all relevant governance, technological systems, and risk frameworks to ensure the continued success of strategic initiatives.

Additionally, the ideal applicant has:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in account/relationship management, project management and/or strategic delivery roles, coupled with relevant business management qualifications
  • Strong track record and success in delivering on project outcomes;
  • Experience in best practise project delivery;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and prioritise workflows;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of workshops
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, different teams and be a champion for increasing engagement and connection with programs;
  • Excellent creative and analytical skills with strong capability in technical systems, M365 and online tools such as Canva
