Job Description

Join our supportive Housing Services team in the Milton Head Office, assisting our property managers with a large portfolio through tenancy administration, property liaison, and compliance support. Key accountabilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date tenancy and property files in housing management systems.
  • Preparing housing-related correspondence including tenancy notices, appointment letters, and information packs.
  • Entering, updating and extracting tenancy and property data for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Providing clear, respectful and confidential communication to residents regarding housing processes and requirements.
  • Supporting positive tenancy outcomes by assisting with routine housing enquiries and follow-ups.
  • Coordinating housing-related appointments with contractors as directed by Housing Officers.
  • Performing transactional housing finance tasks such as receipting, invoice filing, and processing for Housing Services.
  • Ensuring tenancy files meet audit, regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Desired skills and experience: 

  • Proven experience in housing, community services or property administration (or strong aptitude to learn).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage sensitively with residents.
  • Well-organised and able to manage competing housing-related priorities.
  • Team-focused, reliable and values-driven.
  • Qualification in Real Estate will be highly regarded.
