This website has been co-designed for people with disability and their supporters to explore and expand their housing journey. The downloadable materials are made to help people with disability and their support teams explore ideas, learn about different housing options, and plan for their housing journey. They include a range of helpful tools and information, like videos (digital stories), easy-to-understand guides, pictures, and planning activities.
