We are a collective of not-for-profit and government-based services around the Greater Ipswich Region. Together we are able to increase collaboration between housing sector services and offer more opportunities to find tenancy solutions. Our aim is to reduce the housing stress faced by a growing number of families and individuals across the region.
What we do
There are services available in our region to help secure and sustain housing in the private rental market, and we’re keen to raise your awareness of these services, and show you how best to access them.
We have been working directly with a number of agencies in the region to better equip their staff with training and resources, and we are available to meet with you and your team.
By working together, we are able to offer a single point of contact for real estate agencies in the Greater Ipswich Region who need to refer tenants for support or alternative housing options.
Contact us for:
- Supporting tenants to obtain a rental agreement
- Options for tenancy sustainment
- Practical cost-of-living support for tenants
- Emergency or crisis accommodation
- Domestic and family violence training and services
Service Integration is funded by the Department of Housing, and delivered by a collaboration of agencies: … and Q Shelter.
N.B. Service Integration has updated terminology in April 2024. These updates include the following changes:
- Care Coordination Group – Service Integration Group
- Regional Care Coordinators – Service Integration Facilitators
As we update documentation and names to reflect these changes, there will be some information that uses old terminology.
