Following on from our 2019 series “Housing, Homelessness and the NDIS” Q Shelter invited subject matter experts and people with lived experience to add their perspective on the most pressing issues discussed.
The third and final of this series is focused on issues around accessing the scheme, including:
- How to set up case management which coordinates a range of supports
- What resources are out there that can help?
- How case management works best and what helps it do so
