The Role

Coast2Bay is currently growing with a number of new housing developments due to open in the coming months. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner position, to provide support to a team of Tenancy and Property Managers from our Caboolture Office. This position will work collaboratively with other senior leaders to support consistent and compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a Housing Services Team to deliver consistent and quality tenancy and property services.
  • Leading practice, policies and procedures, delivering training and support to frontline staff.
  • Monitoring and mentoring to achieve performance.
  • Developing service models which meet housing needs.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to support sustainable tenancies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • 3 years community housing/tenancy law or welfare and housing practice experience
  • 3 years in a Senior/Leadership/Management position
  • Tertiary Qualification in Social Services or another relevant discipline.
